Influencer Tara LaFerrara built a loyal following by sharing strength training tips and empowering women to lift heavy. As she prepared to launch her own fitness app, she came to The Nameist to find a name that embodied her mission. Enter Broads. A name that reclaims a once-derogatory term into a badge of the badass. The result is a bold, empowering brand that’s redefining women’s fitness. We also named the three training tiers: Club, Coach, and Champion — creating a sense of community and encouragement across the app.
